Radio Code Entry Instructions

Please note, if you do not have your radio activation code then you can recover it using our free or paid decoding service.

How to enter your activation code

Switch on your radio then wait for CODE to appear on the display, if CODE doesn’t appear press the middle button until it does.

• Keep pressing the number 1 button until the first digit of the code appears.
• Do the same again, repeatedly pressing button 2 to set the second digit.
• Do the same again, repeatedly pressing button 3 to set the third digit.
• Do the same again, repeatedly pressing button 4 to set the fourth digit.

Check your unlock code is correct on display then press 5 to activate your radio.

My radio says “WAIT”

If your radio unit says WAIT this means you entered a wrong unlock code, give it 30-60 minutes and you should be allowed another entry attempt.

My radio says “LOCKED”

If your radio unit display is saying LOCKED, this means you have entered 10 wrong unlock codes.

If this has happened, try holding down number 6 for about 10 seconds, it should reset the radio allowing you a final 3 entry attempts.

Please be careful though, after the last 3 attempts your until will become permanently locked displaying LOCKED13.

My radio says “LOCKED13”

LOCKED13 means you have entered 13 incorrect codes and the unit has become permanently locked, when this happens, you will need to go to the dealership or buy a new radio unit.
